Join Fitness First on 25th May in The Brewery Quarter for a chance to train like a pro athlete as the gym launches the new Team GB Pro Cycling class – a group exercise class designed to put you in your paces and push yourself to Olympian levels.
As Team GB’s first ever official fitness partner ahead of the Olympics, Fitness First will launch Team GB Pro Cycling with an exclusive 40-minute outdoor class at Cheltenham’s The Brewery Quarter, starting at 6pm.
The class, hosted by Fitness First’s Lucy Ferris, regional champion for Team GB Pro Cycling, and Pro Cycling instructor Suzy Hanah, will encompass the training principles and competitive strategies of road racing, focusing on technique, speed, power, endurance and strength.
