Flight Club Unveils New Menu at The Brewery Quarter This October

Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter is set to welcome a tantalizing new offering from Flight Club. Launching on Monday, 14 October 2024, the revamped menu promises to elevate the experience for visitors with fresh dishes, upgraded favourites, and an expanded drinks list, including a broader selection of low and no-alcohol options.

Crafted with groups of friends in mind, the new food offerings are designed to be enjoyed while playing darts, with dishes that are easy to eat one-handed. From Monday 14 to Friday 18 October, Flight Club will celebrate the new menu by offering a complimentary drink—either from the new signature spritz menu or a beer—for those who come in to sample the food.

The new menu has been developed by Flight Club’s head of food development, Arnaud Kaziewicz, a Masterchef: The Professionals finalist, and showcases his talent for bold flavours and exciting combinations. Guests can look forward to an array of tapas-style small plates, pizza paddles, and a selection of grills and salads, all perfect for sharing.

Standout mix-and-share dishes include South Korean pork belly bites with a chilli and honey glaze, Yakitori beef skewers marinated in soy and ginger, and Middle Eastern sliders made with plant-based lamb, smoked Applewood cheese, gherkins, and slaw.

Flight Club’s famous sourdough pizzas have also received a makeover, with new flavors such as Gorgonzola portobello, featuring mozzarella, grilled portobello mushrooms, and white truffle oil, and Italian pork and fennel sausage. For plant-based pizza lovers, there's an option with caramelized onions and salsa verde.

Other new dishes to look out for include a refreshing poké bowl with coconut lemon rice, crunchy slaw, and cauliflower, as well as a chicken tikka wrap served with coconut raita, tomato, lettuce, and cucumber.

The drinks menu has also seen an exciting refresh, with four new cocktails and an expanded selection of low and no-alcohol drinks. Highlights include the ‘Highland Blush,’ a mix of raspberry gin, whisky, almond, and vegan foaming bitters, and the ‘Take a Trip,’ featuring Hendrick’s gin, St Germain elderflower liqueur, and lime, topped with cucumber and mint.

Arnaud Kaziewicz shared his enthusiasm about the menu relaunch, saying: "This menu refresh has been months in the making, with countless taste tests to perfect every dish and cocktail. We’re passionate about delivering a truly memorable experience at Flight Club, and our food and drinks play a big part in that. We’re excited to finally share these new creations with our guests at The Brewery Quarter. venue"

With its fresh and exciting offerings, Flight Club’s new menu promises to be a must-try for both regular visitors and newcomers to The Brewery Quarter.
