New Year fitness resolutions don't have to fizzle out in February. New Cheltenham Running Club members catch the running bug and make friends for life thanks to Beginners Week.  Beginners Week starts on Monday and is the perfect time to try some light training runs. Regardless of whether you've been running alone or avoiding it all your life, you'll meet friendly members and new runners of similar ability. The slowest groups jog at a walking pace for just 60 seconds at a time in Beginners Week and have leaders who have been through our Couch to 5k programme themselves.
